Northern Property Tribe – August Networking Meeting

 The North’s key property networking event on Wednesday 18th August 2010 will welcome guest speaker Amanda Brown MRTPIManaging Director of Planning & Development Solutions Ltd.

Amanda’s address will take delegates through her personal property journey and provide an insight into how she has put her impressive portfolio together. She will also cover planning issues and the rules surrounding HMO’s, which changed significantly earlier this year.

Amanda has 20 years experience advising developers, landowners, landlords and architects. She provides commercial and realistic advice on development potential, planning applications and appeals, and enforcement notices across England and Wales. Having set up her own practice 5 years ago in Leeds, Amanda knows the system inside out and has a robust and creative approach to planning.
